We make it our business to ship your order within 2-4 weeks. Extended production times may occur during the holiday season.

If you need your merchandise for an event, please put the event date in the order notes at checkout. Rush charges may apply if needed to ship within 5 business days.

All soft goods in the store are decorated with embroidery. Other decoration methods available upon request. Additional charges may apply.

Any order that requires to be shipped from our facilities within 5 business days or less is considered a rush order.

Personalizing can be done to all items at additional charges.
Adding information/logos to products requires a minimum quantity purchase and are not available for return. Please contact us for more information and to be quoted.
Monograms added to clothing, bags and accessories at $5.00 per word and are not available for refund unless defective. Please put a note in the cart for requests.

RETURNS:
Refund will be honored within 60 days of receipt of order. Items must be returned in good condition prior to refund. Call 800-426-2623 for authorization.
